Does IDC handle the brokerage or matching for me?
No. IDC creates the contact between you and matching cooperation partners. The cooperation itself, including the agreement, commission split, data exchange and execution, runs directly and under the responsibility of the professionals involved. IDC is not a party to that agreement.What does membership cost?
The Standard membership is free and has no time limit, Premium costs € 99 per year or € 9 per month. Each additional premium seat within the same company costs € 49 per year or € 4.90 per month. All amounts plus VAT.What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard includes the WhatsApp community, the posting generator (AI extraction: 20 runs per calendar month), the member directory, the newsletter and participation in quarterly events for a fee. Premium adds curated premium groups, unlimited AI extraction, a premium badge in the directory, priority placement of your own postings in the newsletter, and events at no extra cost including a reservable pitch slot.How is Premium billed?
Premium is activated only on explicit request. You submit an upgrade request in the member area (yearly or monthly), we issue the invoice manually and activate Premium. There is no online payment. Payment term: 14 days.How does it work for teams?
The tier is held per person, not per company. The first premium seat in a company is charged at the full price, every additional premium seat in the same company at the reduced team price. Billing runs centrally via the primary contact.Can I end Premium again?
Yes. Monthly premium ends at the end of the month on request. Yearly premium runs for twelve months and ends automatically if you do not renew. We remind you 30 days in advance. Standard applies again afterwards with no data loss: postings, profile, company and directory entry remain unchanged.Who can become a member?
Active real estate professionals: brokers, intermediaries, developers, project developers and adjacent professionals (legal, financing, valuation). What matters is the willingness to cooperate professionally, not the size of the company. Admission is granted after review of the application.How are my properties and data protected?
All content in the club is confidential and must not be shared with third parties outside the club. Specific property addresses, owner data and sensitive documents are only shared once a clear basis for cooperation has been established, ideally with the commission split fixed in writing in advance.How does the commission split work?
The commission split is agreed directly and bilaterally between the cooperation partners. We recommend putting it in writing before sharing sensitive information. IDC does not take part in the commission.Do I need WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is the quickest entry point for offers and requests, but it is not mandatory. You can post via the platform just as well. WhatsApp is also available on the PC (web.whatsapp.com or desktop app). Important: WhatsApp is for the first contact; binding agreements, formal namings and commission arrangements are best documented properly in writing.How do I create a post?
On www.idc.immo you upload your brochure, factsheet or a listing link. The posting generator automatically creates a ready-to-copy posting from it. It works on mobile and on PC.Is IDC a competitor to my own business?
On the contrary. IDC opens up cooperations that would otherwise not happen, especially for off-market, commercial, apartment building, investment and luxury deals. Your client relationships and your business remain yours.What does AKTIVIT have to do with this?
IDC is an initiative from the AKTIVIT Network and is operated by ImmoFindsYou GmbH. The club is open to all qualified real estate professionals, regardless of company affiliation.
